Made to order
Every LumaFes is crafted after you order it — there is no warehouse of finished bags. Please allow about 3–5 business days in our Fes workshop for your bag to be cut, stitched, and hand-embossed before it ships.
Delivery times
- United States — 2–4 business days in transit after crafting.
- International — typically 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs.
So a typical US order arrives roughly 5–9 business days after you place it.
Shipping costs
- Free tracked shipping on all US orders.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
The moment your bag ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. These are not included in your order total.
