These terms cover your use of the LumaFes website and everything about ordering a handcrafted, personalized bag. We've kept them clear and fair.
1. Agreement
By accessing lumafes.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. LumaFes LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA (“LumaFes”, “we”, “us”).
2. Our products
Each LumaFes backpack is handcrafted to order from natural full-grain leather. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, tone, and marking are inherent and celebrated — they are not defects. Product images are representative; your bag will be uniquely its own.
3. Personalization
- You are responsible for the accuracy and spelling of any name or text you submit for embossing.
- We craft personalization exactly as entered, so please double-check before ordering.
- We may decline personalization requests that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe someone else's rights.
4. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
6. Shipping & returns
Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered in our Returns Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
7. Warranty & repairs
Every LumaFes is backed by free lifetime repairs on stitching and hardware under normal use. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, patina, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs. Leather is a living material and will change with time and care.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the LumaFes name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by LumaFes and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaFes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
